Note that most physics courses have math prerequisites that must also be satisfied for successful completion of the minor in physics.
With approval of the Chair of the Department of Physics and Engineering, the following substitutions may be made: PHYS 1331/1111 (General Physics I and Laboratory) may be substituted for PHYS 2333/2111 (University Physics I and Laboratory); upper division courses within the Department or other appropriate courses may be substituted for the above elective requirements
Admission to all Physics courses with prerequisites require a “C” or better in those prerequisites.
