The student analyzes and synthesizes the experiences of the program academically to demonstrate graduate-level mastery of theory, methodology, integration, and application. Deliverables as decided by the director of the capstone/final project may include: Research paper, consulting report, strategic analysis, organizational case study, leadership framework, or thesis.
