Effective leadership requires knowledge of the foundations of principled leadership. This course looks at the foundations of leadership through the lens of the life and works of John Paul II together with other important philosophical foundations of leadership.
The course will be taught online asynchronous. The John Paul II Institute has an established regimen for online courses consisting of 13 weeks of weekly readings, recorded lectures and other materials. In addition, students are required to make substantial weekly posts, replies, and essays or journals. Presentations and or final papers are also required by semester's end.
