Scope
All Undergraduate Students.
Purpose
To enforce the Solomon Amendment.
Policy/Procedure
Institutions are required to provide directory information on students who are at least 17 years of age, upon request from representatives of the Department of Defense for military recruiting purposes. That information includes student name, addresses, telephone listings, date and place of birth, level of education, degrees received, prior military experience and the most recent school attended.
