Refunds will be made to students officially withdrawing according to the schedule posted on the University of St. Thomas website under Academic calendars. https://stthom.edu/registrar/
Students may set up direct deposit for refunds via their myStThom account by accessing the jUSTPay link through their Student Center page. Direct deposit refunds will be processed Monday-Friday. Paper checks will only be processed on Wednesdays and will be mailed out to the student address on file. Students will not be able to pick up refund checks from the Cashier’s Office.
