This course is designed to provide an overview of different types of program evaluation, including needs assessment,
process evaluation, and an analysis of program impact and outcomes. The course will also provide a review of ethical
issues in outcomes evaluations, and how to report findings to stakeholders and the larger public. Students in this course
will prepare a written proposal for the evaluation of an existing program, including selecting the appropriate measurement
tools, study design, and simple statistical analyses. [Cross list with MGMT 4379]
