This course examines the central legal issues relating to organizational leadership,
including the identification of resources and the application of principles to the crafting of policies and procedures, educational law, tort, communication and contract liability, as well as issues relating to methods of dispute and and conflict resolution, including negotiation, advocacy, and mediation.
