EDUC 6320: Research Seminar, Action Research Proposal

Designed to develop a knowledge base in quantitative and qualitative research in order to conduct and execute investigative projects. Topics include an introduction to research questions or focus and proposal completion; a literature review, ethical issues in research, introduction to research designs and methods, basic data analysis, interpretation of data, strengths and limitations in the conduct of quantitative and qualitative research.
